Shipping policy

We offer FREE delivery on all orders local orders in Kuwait.

As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order  and is being processed.

Orders typically ship from our fulfillment center within 1-3 business days of your order confirmation. In most circumstances, your order will ship sooner than that, however, due to varying order volumes at different times of the year, it may take a longer or short amount of time.

For International orders, please allow an additional 7 business days for the package to arrive at your destination. 

For international  orders,  package is traceable and your shipping confirmation will include tracking information. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to update once you receive a tracking number.

Please note that International Customers are responsible for any and all customs fees, taxes, tariffs or duties levied by their respective government .

Shipping fees are nonrefundable and we are not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. 

Please inspect the packaging of your products when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it and contact us immediately at info@shopmoka.com and we will replace the damaged goods.

If your package is returned to us for various reasons, MOKA team will contact you to set up a re-delivery. Additional shipping & handling costs may be applied.

 

Refund Policy

We want you to love every aspect of your MOKA purchase experience. If there is an issue with your order, please send a note within fourteen days of delivery to customercare@shopmoka.com .

You may return your purchase within 15 days for a refund or exchange (excluding return shipping fees).

Ship the item you want to return to the below address, by insured parcel post for your protection and to insure prompt delivery. Sadly, shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Once your return is received, we’ll notify you by email and your refund will be processed.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or provide refunds on opened or used products.
